The VI° displays a residential neighborhood image. It is hard to imagine it bristling with factory chimneys!... Yet world-famous companies took their first steps there. Along this route we will discover many buildings that were once headquarters of companies and sometimes also places of production. Some of these rehabilitated buildings have now acquired a new function. We will deplore the disappearance of works by renowned architects. But we will have the pleasant surprise to note that behind recent constructions are sometimes concealed remnants of factories whose history we will evoke.
Departure from the course at 2 p.m. at Maréchal Lyautey Square, facing the Café du Pond
Booking is possible via the website https://www.parcoursdhistoire.com "Contact me" section or by email jane.buisson@laposte.net but it is not mandatory.
