Vor der Ankunft des Traktors werden das Rindfleisch(Rind), die Esel, aber vor allem die Pferde in den normannischen Bauernhöfen für die landwirtschaftlichen Beschäftigungen(Arbeiten) und die täglichen Umstellungen benutzt. Im Ärmel, der sich sehr früh in der Milchzucht spezialisiert hat, vereinigt eine starke Verbindung(Link) seit mehr als einem Jahrhundert, der Bauer und das Pferd. Die Motorisierung der Landwirtschaft ist eine Erfahrung, aber was gibt es diese Verwendung von Zugtieren, die sich noch mehr zu sein als ein einfaches Werkzeug erweist?

Before the arrival of the tractor, oxen, donkeys, but especially horses are used in the Norman farms for farm works and daily travels(movements). In Manche(Channel,Sleeve), specialised very early in dairy breeding, a strong link joins for more than a century, the farmer and the horse. The motorisation of agriculture(farming) is an experience, but what about this animal traction which much more turns out to be than a simple tool?

Prima dell'arrivo del trattore, i buoi, gli asini, ma particolarmente i cavalli sono usati nelle fattorie normanne per lavori(opere) di fattoria e ogni giorno viaggia (i movimenti). In Manche (il Canale, la Manica(Copertina)), specializzato(specialistico) molto presto(in anticipo) in allevamento(riproduzione) da latte, un collegamento(legame) forte(solido) si unisce durante più di un secolo, l'agricoltore e il cavallo. Il motorisation d'agricoltura (l'agricoltura) è un'esperienza, ma e questa trazione(contrazione) d'animale che molto più risulta essere che uno strumento semplice?

Avant l’arrivée du tracteur, les bœufs, les ânes, mais surtout les chevaux sont utilisés dans les fermes normandes pour les travaux agricoles et les déplacements quotidiens. Dans la Manche, spécialisée très tôt dans l’élevage laitier, un lien fort unit depuis plus d’un siècle, le paysan et le cheval. La motorisation de l’agriculture est un acquis, mais qu’en est-il de cette traction animale qui se révèle être bien plus qu’un simple outil ?

Antes de la llegada del tractor, los bueyes, los asnos, pero sobre todo los caballos son utilizados en las granjas normandas para los trabajos(obras) agrícolas y los desplazamientos cotidianos. En la Manga, especializada muy temprano en la ganadería lechera, un enlace fuerte une desde más de un siglo, el campesino y el caballo. ¿La motorización de la agricultura es una experiencia, pero qué es esta tracción animal que se revela ser mucho más que una herramienta simple?
