Ausstellung "Der Mont Saint Michel, ein befestigtes Klosterdorf, Architekturen"
Diese Ausstellung, die dem Dorf Mt St Michel gewidmet ist, wurde vom Inventardienst der Region Normandie entworfen.
Sie wirft ein neues Licht auf die städtische Entwicklung der Klosterstadt von ihrer Entstehung im Schatten des Heiligtums Saint-Michel, das zu Beginn des 8. Jahrhunderts von Aubert, dem Bischof von Avranches, gegründet wurde, bis in die Gegenwart.
Durch sechsundzwanzig zweisprachige Paneele veranschaulicht sie die Bedeutung von Dokumenten und Fotografien aus privaten Sammlungen, territorialen und nationalen Institutionen, die unbekannte Aspekte dieser tausendjährigen Stadt enthüllen.
Das wenig erforschte Dorf Mt St. Michel ist jedoch ein untrennbarer Bestandteil des 1979 in die UNESCO-Welterbeliste aufgenommenen Ortes.
Die Ausstellung wurde während des gesamten Sommers 2026 im touristischen Informationszentrum von Mont-Saint-Michel gezeigt.
Hélène Billat, die für die Untersuchung des Dorfes Mont Saint Michel zuständig ist, schlägt zwei kommentierte Führungen vor: am Samstag, den 19. September (14:00 und 16:00 Uhr?) und am Sonntag, den 20. September (14:00 und 16:00 Uhr?), rund um diese einzigartige Ausstellung.
Die Gelegenheit, die Aufgaben des Inventardienstes für das kulturelle Erbe der Region Normandie und des Dokumentationszentrums für das Kulturerbe der Region Normandie, das 8.000 Werke zur Kunst- und Architekturgeschichte umfasst, insbesondere in der Normandie, breiter zu präsentieren.

Exhibition "Le Mont Saint Michel, un village fortifié monastique, architectures"
This exhibition dedicated to the village of Mt St Michel was designed by the heritage inventory service of the Normandy region.
It sheds new light on the urban development of the monastic city since its emergence in the shadow of the sanctuary Saint-Michel, founded at the beginning of the 8th century by Aubert bishop of Avranches, until contemporary times.
Through twenty-six bilingual panels, it illustrates the purpose of documents and photographs from private collections, territorial and national institutions, which reveal new aspects of this millenary city.
The village of Mt St Michel, little studied as such, is yet an inseparable component of the site inscribed in 1979 on the World Heritage List of UNESCO.
The exhibition was presented throughout the summer of 2026 at the Tourist Information Center of Mont Saint-Michel.

Questa esposizione dedicata al villaggio del Mt St Michel è stata progettata dal servizio dell'inventario del patrimonio della regione Normandia.
Fornisce nuove informazioni sullo sviluppo urbano della città monastica dalla sua nascita all'ombra del santuario di San Michele, fondato all'inizio dell'VIII secolo da Aubert vescovo di Avranches, fino ai tempi moderni.
Attraverso ventisei pannelli bilingue, illustra il discorso di documenti e fotografie provenienti da collezioni private, istituzioni territoriali e nazionali, che rivelano aspetti inediti di questa città millenaria.
Il villaggio di Mt St Michel, poco studiato così com'è, è tuttavia una componente indissociabile del sito iscritto nel 1979 nella Lista del patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO.
L'esposizione è stata presentata durante tutta l'estate 2026 presso il Centro d'Informazione Turistica del Mont Saint-Michel.

Cette exposition consacrée au village du Mt St Michel a été conçue par le service de l’inventaire du patrimoine de la Région Normandie.
Elle apporte éclairage nouveau sur le développement urbain de la cité monastique depuis son émergence à l’ombre du sanctuaire Saint-Michel, fondé au début du VIIIe siècle par Aubert évêque d’Avranches, jusqu’à l’époque contemporaine.
A travers vingt-six panneaux bilingues, elle illustre le propos de documents et de photographies, issus de collections particulières, d’institutions territoriales et nationales, qui révèlent des aspects inédits de cette cité millénaire.
Le village du Mt St Michel, peu étudié tel quel, est pourtant une composante indissociable du site inscrit en 1979 sur la Liste du patrimoine mondial de l’Unesco.

Aporta nueva luz sobre el desarrollo urbano de la ciudad monástica desde su aparición a la sombra del santuario de San Miguel, fundado a principios del siglo VIII por Aubert obispo de Avranches, hasta la época contemporánea.
A través de veintiséis paneles bilingües, ilustra el propósito de documentos y fotografías, procedentes de colecciones particulares, de instituciones territoriales y nacionales, que revelan aspectos inéditos de esta ciudad milenaria.
