In Tours Nord ist es das neuralgische Zentrum des Bus- und Tram-Netzes von Tours. Es überwacht, steuert und steuert das Netz. Das Projekt wurde im Rahmen eines umfassenden Umweltansatzes konzipiert und beherbergt die zentrale Leitstelle, das Kundenzentrum, die Straßenbahnwartungswerkstatt und die damit verbundene Infrastruktur.
