Als Bauwerke zwischen dem XIX. Jahrhundert und dem XX. Jahrhundert gebaut waren, ist das Rathaus zweifellos das Spektakulärste. Victor Laloux, Architekt Tourangeau, hat einen richtigen kommunalen Palast begriffen(entworfen), der mit den Zugänglich- und reich Geschmückt-Galasälen von einem ausgestattet ist, der monumentale Treppe großartig ist.
