Außergewöhnliche Öffnung der Innenräume und des Parks.
Vor einem Jahr verliebten sich Marie und ich in die 600 Jahre alte Dame. Dieses Haus wählte uns und wir tauchten ein.
Seit wir im vergangenen Dezember die Schlüssel zum Schloss Huillé hatten, haben wir viel in den brachliegenden Gärten gearbeitet und uns nach und nach von den Bäumen überwältigen lassen, wobei die Nagetiere manchmal bis zu 3 Meter hoch werden, die Gebäude bedecken oder teilweise in sie eindringen. Wir haben bereits die Kontrolle über einen großen Teil des Parks wiedererlangt und versucht, eine 200 Jahre alte Zeder zu retten, die durch zwei stürmische Episoden beschädigt wurde, freigelegt und Wunder wiederentdeckt, darunter ein Gewächshaus, wahrscheinlich eine Kühlbox und eine alte Schule.
Das bemerkenswerteste ist das Gebäude selbst, das auf einem Gewölbekeller aus dem 13. Jahrhundert errichtet wurde, der aus einem Haupthaus aus dem frühen 15. Jahrhundert besteht, das mit einem außergewöhnlichen Gerüst aus umgekipptem Schiffsrumpf bedeckt ist. Es wurde im 18. Jahrhundert die Freiheit genommen, die Sande zu durchtrennen, um drei Oberlichter im Dachgeschoss unterzubringen. Diese unglückliche Initiative führt dazu, dass der Dachstuhl eine Kraft auf die Südfassade ausübt, was zu erheblichen Unordnungen im Innen- und Außenbereich führt und den Fortbestand des Gebäudes aufs Spiel setzt.
Wir führen umfangreiche Strukturarbeiten durch, um unverzüglich das zu retten, was gerettet werden muss, und dann über einen längeren Zeitraum das wiederherzustellen, was es verdient. A year ago, Marie and I fell in love with this 600-year-old Lady. A real love at first sight. This house chose us and we dived.
Since we got the keys to the Château d'Huillé last December, we have worked a lot in the gardens that were going to waste, allowing themselves to be invaded by the shoots of trees, the brambles sometimes reaching 3 meters in height, covering or partially entering buildings. We have already taken control of much of the park, trying to save a bicentennial cedar damaged by two stormy episodes, cleared and rediscovered wonders including a greenhouse, probably a cooler and an old school.
The most remarkable remains the building itself; elevated on a vaulted cellar thirteenth, composed of a main home from the very beginning fifteenth, covered with an exceptional structure in overturned boat hull. It was taken the liberty in the eighteenth to cut the sand pits to accommodate three dormers in the attic. This unfortunate initiative led the framework to apply a force on the south façade, causing major disorders inside and outside, jeopardizing the sustainability of the building.
We are engaged in important structural works to save without delay what must be and then restore, over longer periods, what deserves it. We offer you to follow us on this exciting path now by observing the progress from year to year.

Eccezionale apertura degli interni e del parco.
Un anno fa, io e Marie ci innamorammo di questa vecchia signora di 600 anni. Un vero colpo di fulmine. Questa casa ci ha scelto e ci siamo immersi.
Da quando abbiamo avuto le chiavi del Castello di Huillé lo scorso dicembre, abbiamo lavorato molto nei giardini che andavano in rovina, lasciandosi gradualmente invadere dagli scarichi di alberi, i ronzieri a volte raggiungono i 3 metri di altezza, coprano o si introducano parzialmente negli edifici. Abbiamo già ripreso il controllo di gran parte del parco, cercando di salvare un cedro bicentenario rovinato da due episodi temporaleschi, sgombrato e riscoperto di meraviglie tra cui una serra, probabilmente una ghiacciaia e una vecchia scuola.
Il più notevole resta l'edificio stesso; elevata su una cantina a volta XIII, composta da una casa principale del tutto all'inizio del XV, coperta da un'eccezionale struttura a scafo rovesciato. Nel XVIII secolo si prese la libertà di sezionare le sabbiere per ospitare tre lucernari nel sottotetto. Questa sfortunata iniziativa portò la carpenteria ad applicare una forza sulla facciata sud, provocando gravi disordini all'interno e all'esterno, rimettendo in gioco la perennità dell'edificio.
Ci impegniamo in importanti lavori strutturali per salvare senza indugio ciò che deve essere salvato e poi ripristinare, in tempi più lunghi, ciò che lo merita. Vi proponiamo di seguirci su questo cammino appassionante fin d'ora, constatando i progressi di anno in anno.

Ouverture exceptionnelle des intérieurs et du parc.
Il y a 1 an nous tombions, Marie et moi, amoureux de cette vieille Dame de 600 ans. Un véritable coup de foudre. Cette maison nous a choisis et nous avons plongé.
Depuis que nous avons eu les clefs du Château d’Huillé en décembre dernier, nous avons beaucoup œuvré dans les jardins qui partaient en friche, se laissant peu à peu envahir par les rejets d’arbres, les ronciers atteignant parfois 3 mètres de hauteur, couvrant ou s’introduisant partiellement dans les bâtiments.
Nous avons déjà repris le contrôle d’une grande partie du parc, tenté de sauver un cèdre bicentenaire abîmé par deux épisodes orageux, dégagé et redécouvert des merveilles dont une serre, probablement une glacière et une ancienne école.
Le plus remarquable reste la bâtisse elle-même ; élevée sur une cave voûtée XIIIe, composée d’un logis principal du tout début XVe, couverte d’une exceptionnelle charpente en coque de bateau renversée.
Il a été pris la liberté au XVIIIe de sectionner les sablières pour y accueillir trois lucarnes dans les combles. Cette malheureuse initiative conduit la charpente à appliquer une force sur la façade Sud, entraînant des désordres importants à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur, remettant en jeu la pérennité de l'édifice.
Nous nous engageons dans des travaux de structure importants pour sauver sans délais ce qui doit l’être, puis restaurer, sur des temps plus longs, ce qui le mérite.

Hace un año, Marie y yo nos enamoramos de esta anciana de 600 años. Un verdadero amor a primera vista. Esta casa nos eligió y nos sumergimos.
Desde que tuvimos las llaves del Château d'Huillé en diciembre pasado, hemos trabajado mucho en los jardines que partían en barbecho, dejándose invadir poco a poco por los descartes de árboles, los zarcillos alcanzando a veces 3 metros de altura, que cubran o se introduzcan parcialmente en los edificios. Ya hemos recuperado el control de gran parte del parque, tratando de salvar un cedro bicentenario dañado por dos episodios tormentosos, despejado y redescubierto maravillas como un invernadero, probablemente una nevera y una antigua escuela.
Lo más notable es el edificio en sí; construido sobre una bodega abovedada XIII, compuesta de una casa principal de principios del siglo XV, cubierta con una excepcional estructura de casco de barco invertido. Se tomó la libertad en el siglo XVIII de seccionar los areneros para albergar tres claraboyas en el ático. Esta desafortunada iniciativa llevó a la carpintería a aplicar una fuerza en la fachada sur, lo que provocó importantes desórdenes tanto en el interior como en el exterior, poniendo en juego la perennidad del edificio.
Estamos llevando a cabo una importante labor estructural para salvar sin demora lo que debe salvarse y, a continuación, restablecer, en un período más largo, lo que se merece. Os proponemos seguirnos en este camino apasionante desde ahora, comprobando los progresos año tras año.
