Anlässlich der Matrimoine-Tage möchte die Manufaktur ihr Engagement für die Gleichstellung von Mann/Frau in Wissenschaft und Digitalisierung erneuern. So möchte sie sich wie im Vorjahr der HF Normandie-Bewegung anschließen und an der Aufwertung und Anerkennung des Erbes der Frauen in der digitalen Welt sowie an ihrem Platz in unserer heutigen Gesellschaft teilnehmen. Dieser Tag wird die Gelegenheit bieten, den wichtigen Beitrag der Frauen zu unserer Kenntnis der digitalen Praktiken zu enthüllen. Dieses Engagement für die Gleichstellung von Mann/Frau in der digitalen Praxis ist Teil des Vereinsprojekts. Die Manufaktur verfügt über eine Genehmigung der Nationalen Bildung und arbeitet regelmäßig mit Schulen, Hochschulen und der Universität von Rouen zusammen, um Mädchen und Jungen für die wissenschaftliche und technische Kultur zu sensibilisieren. In Kenntnis der zu geringen Zahl von Mädchen in wissenschaftlichen und technischen Studien, einschließlich der digitalen, möchte sie über diese Feststellung Bericht erstatten und den Mädchen zeigen, dass ihnen alle Türen offen stehen.
Für das Jahr 2022 möchte die Manufaktur einen Bereich der Rohwissenschaft hervorheben, der nur von Männern revolutioniert wurde, während die Frau dort ihre Spuren machte. Es geht um Astronomie.

On the occasion of the Matrimoine Days, the Manufacture wishes to renew its commitment to gender parity in the fields of science and digital technology. In occasione delle giornate del Matrimonio, la Manifattura desidera rinnovare il suo impegno verso la parità uomo/donna nel campo della scienza e del digitale. Così, come l'anno precedente, desidera unirsi al movimento HF Normandie partecipando alla valorizzazione e al riconoscimento dell'eredità delle donne nel mondo digitale e al loro posto nella nostra società contemporanea. Questa giornata sarà l'occasione per sollevare il velo sull'apporto non trascurabile delle donne alla nostra conoscenza a livello delle pratiche digitali. Questo impegno verso la parità uomo/donna nelle pratiche digitali rientra nel progetto associativo. Infatti, in possesso di un'autorizzazione dell'Educazione Nazionale, la Manifattura lavora regolarmente con le scuole, i college e l'Università di Rouen per sensibilizzare le ragazze e i ragazzi alla cultura scientifica e tecnica. Conoscendo il numero troppo basso di ragazze negli studi scientifici e tecnici, tra cui il digitale, desidera rendere conto di questa constatazione e mostrare alle ragazze che tutte le porte sono aperte.
Per l'anno 2022, la Manifattura desidera mettere in evidenza un settore scientifico crudo rivoluzionato solo dall'uomo mentre la donna vi ha fatto i suoi marchi. Si tratta di astronomia.
Molte donne astronomi hanno fatto molti progressi in questo campo.
Per questo motivo, nel corso della giornata del 17 settembre 2022 saranno proposte diverse attività gratuite, tra cui un caffè-conferenza che ripercorre la conquista spaziale di Valentina Terechkova a Samantha Cristoforetti con un ingegnere aerospaziale in pensione: Alice ANGLARET, membro dell'associazione "Si muovono Normandia".

À l’occasion des journées du Matrimoine, la Manufacture souhaite renouveler son engagement envers la parité homme/femme dans le domaine des sciences et du numérique. Ainsi, elle souhaite se joindre, comme l’année précédente, au mouvement HF Normandie en participant à la valorisation et la reconnaissance de l’héritage des femmes dans le monde du Numérique ainsi qu’à leur place dans notre société contemporaine. Cette journée sera l’occasion de lever le voile sur l’apport non négligeable des femmes à notre connaissance au niveau des pratiques numériques. Cet engagement envers la parité homme/femme dans les pratiques numériques s’inscrit dans le projet associatif.
En effet, possédant un agrément de l’Éducation Nationale, la Manufacture travaille régulièrement avec les écoles, collèges ainsi qu’avec l’Université de Rouen afin de sensibiliser les filles et les garçons à la culture scientifique et technique. En connaissance du nombre trop faible de filles dans les études scientifiques et techniques dont le numérique, elle souhaite rendre compte de ce constat et montrer aux jeunes filles que toutes les portes leurs sont ouvertes.
Pour l’année 2022, la Manufacture souhaite mettre en avant un domaine scientifique cru révolutionné seulement par l’homme alors que la femme y a fait ses marques. Il s’agit de l’astronomie.
En effet de nombreuses femmes astronomes ont permis de nombreuses avancées dans ce domaine.
C’est pourquoi, diverses activités gratuites seront proposées sur la journée du 17 septembre 2022 dont un café-conférence retraçant la conquête spatiale de Valentina Terechkova à Samantha Cristoforetti animé par une ingénieure retraitée de l'aérospatiale : Alice ANGLARET, membre de l'association "Elles bougent Normandie".

Con motivo de las Jornadas del Matrimonio, la Manufactura desea renovar su compromiso con la paridad hombre/mujer en el campo de las ciencias y de lo digital. Así, desea unirse, como el año anterior, al movimiento HF Normandía participando en la valorización y el reconocimiento de la herencia de las mujeres en el mundo digital, así como en su lugar en nuestra sociedad contemporánea. Este día será la ocasión de desvelar la importante contribución de las mujeres a nuestro conocimiento de las prácticas digitales. Este compromiso con la paridad hombre/mujer en las prácticas digitales se inscribe en el proyecto asociativo. En efecto, poseedora de un certificado de Educación Nacional, la Manufactura trabaja regularmente con las escuelas, colegios y con la Universidad de Rouen para sensibilizar a las niñas y los niños sobre la cultura científica y técnica. Consciente del número insuficiente de niñas en los estudios científicos y técnicos, entre ellos el digital, desea dar cuenta de esta constatación y mostrar a las jóvenes que todas las puertas están abiertas.
Para el año 2022, la Manufactura desea poner en primer plano un campo científico que el hombre cree revolucionado, mientras que la mujer ha hecho sus marcas. Se trata de la astronomía.
De hecho, muchas mujeres astrónomos han hecho muchos avances en este campo.
Por lo tanto, durante la jornada del 17 de septiembre de 2022 se ofrecerán diversas actividades gratuitas, entre ellas una cafetería-conferencia sobre la conquista espacial de Valentina Tereshkova en Samantha Cristoforetti, dirigida por una ingeniera aeroespacial jubilada: Alice ANGLARET, miembro de la asociación "Se mueven Normandía".
