Gegründet 1892 in Paris, zieht 1917 die berühmte Süßigkeit Pierrot Gourmand nach Ivry. Ein Fotograf wird beauftragt, Aufnahmen innerhalb der Fabrik zu machen. Seine Bilder zeigen die gesamte Produktionskette von der Lagerung der Rohstoffe über Herstellung und Verpackung bis hin zu Lieferungen. Fondata a Parigi nel 1892, la famosa pasticceria Pierrot Gourmand si trasferì nel 1917 a Ivry. Un fotografo è incaricato di realizzare delle riprese all'interno della fabbrica. I suoi scatti mostrano tutta la catena di produzione, dallo stoccaggio delle materie prime alle consegne, passando per la fabbricazione e il condizionamento. Questa testimonianza fotografica rivela la storia di un'azienda, quella delle competenze, delle strategie commerciali e delle condizioni di lavoro.
