Retail 2026: What transformations should we have in mind to prepare for the future?
Retail Go 2026 offers a morning dedicated to major transformations who are currently redesigning the retail sector.
Starting at 9:05 am, Julia Fawaz, Retail Partner, and Julien Vigneau, Supply Chain & Retail Director at Deloitte, will present the main structural changes in the sector based on several international studies conducted by Deloitte in 2026.
Several trends will be discussed: changing consumer behaviors, acceleration of artificial intelligence, transformation of the customer experience, new issues related to the supply chain and pressure on economic models.
The morning will continue with round tables, feedback, use cases and startup pitches, in order to concretely explore the transformations of retail and their implications for companies.

Retail Go 2026 propose une matinée consacrée aux grandes transformations qui redessinent actuellement le secteur du commerce.
Dès 9h05, Julia Fawaz, Associée Retail, et Julien Vigneau, Directeur Supply Chain & Retail chez Deloitte, présenteront les principaux changements structurels du secteur en s’appuyant sur plusieurs études internationales menées par Deloitte en 2026.
Plusieurs tendances seront abordées : évolution des comportements de consommation, accélération de l’intelligence artificielle, transformation de l’expérience client, nouveaux enjeux liés à la supply chain et pression sur les modèles économiques.

Retail GO 2026 biedt een ochtend gewijd aan grote transformaties die momenteel de handelssector aan het herontwerpen zijn.
Vanaf 9:05 uur presenteren Julia Fawaz, Retail Associate, en Julien Vigneau, Supply Chain & Retail Director bij Deloitte, de belangrijkste structurele veranderingen in de sector op basis van diverse internationale studies die Deloitte in 2026 heeft uitgevoerd.
Er zullen verschillende trends worden besproken: evolutie van consumentengedrag, versnelling van kunstmatige intelligentie, transformatie van de klantervaring, nieuwe uitdagingen in de toeleveringsketen en druk op bedrijfsmodellen.
