In 1940, the Polish government in exile chose Villard-de-Lans to establish its secondary school there, in order to prepare for the renewal of post-war Poland.
The exhibition allows to keep the memory of these troubled times and this extraordinary educational experience, an unknown episode in the history of Villard-de-Lans.

En 1940, le gouvernement polonais en exil choisit Villard-de-Lans pour y établir son établissement d'enseignement secondaire, afin de préparer le renouveau de la Pologne d'après-guerre.
L'exposition permet de garder la mémoire de ces temps troublés et de cette expérience pédagogique hors du commun, un épisode méconnu de l'histoire de Villard-de-Lans.

En 1940, el gobierno polaco en el exilio eligió Villard-de-Lans para establecer allí su escuela secundaria, con el fin de preparar la renovación de la Polonia de posguerra.
La exposición permite conservar el recuerdo de estos tiempos turbulentos y de esta experiencia pedagógica fuera de lo común, un episodio poco conocido de la historia de Villard-de-Lans.
