Eingebettet in seine kleine grüne Ecke, mit Blick auf die Stadt, erhebt sich diese schöne Kapelle an einem sehr alten Ort, wie ein monolithisches romanisches Granitkreuz in der Nähe zeigt. Die ältesten Archive bezeugen eine gallo-römische Präsenz und vielleicht ein Fanum (Tempel). Der Ort wird durch den Bau dieser Kapelle, die dem heiligen Rochus gewidmet ist, christianisiert, um die Pest zu stoppen. 1597 wütete eine Epidemie in der Region. Die bescheidene Architektur stammt aus dem 18. Jahrhundert.

Nestled in its little corner of greenery, overlooking the city, this pretty chapel stands on a very old site, as evidenced by a monolithic Romanesque cross in granite erected nearby. The oldest records attest to a Gallo-Roman presence and, perhaps, a fanum (temple). The site is Christianized by the construction of this chapel dedicated to Saint Roch, invoked to stop the plague. An epidemic ravaged the region in 1597. Its current modest architecture dates from the 18th century.
