"Das theatralische Spiel, bei dem der Schauspieler - Spieler der Unendlichkeit - seine Zuschauer in Register mitnimmt, die seit jeher unsere sind:
der respektvolle Humor und das «innere Lachen», wie ihn Fellini nannte.
Ohne ein Wort oder ein Komma zu ändern, haben wir es zum «Theaterstück» gemacht. Dieses «Stück» für einen Schauspieler setzt einen jungen Seminaristen, der mit seiner Lebensentscheidung zu kämpfen hat, in Szene. Aber Rimbauds Schrift enthält diese zeitlose und universelle Kraft, die es uns ermöglicht, diese Nachricht heute und außerhalb des religiösen Kontextes zu hören. Without changing a word or a comma, we made it “theatre material”. This «play» for an actor involves a young seminarian struggling with his choice of life. But the writing of Rimbaud contains this timeless and universal force that allows us to hear this news today and outside the religious context. This serious show has a double bottom...its roots are comic, but shut! life is a serious business."

"Il gioco teatrale in cui l'attore - giocatore dell'infinito - porta i suoi spettatori in registri che sono nostri da sempre:
l'umorismo rispettoso e la «risata interiore» come lo chiamava Fellini.
Senza cambiare una parola o una virgola, l'abbiamo resa «materia di teatro». Questo «pezzo» per un attore mette in gioco un giovane seminarista alle prese con la sua scelta di vita. Ma la scrittura di Rimbaud contiene quella forza senza tempo e universale che ci permette di ascoltare questa notizia oggi e al di fuori del contesto religioso. "Le jeu théâtral où l’acteur – joueur de l’infini – emporte ses spectateurs dans des registres qui sont les nôtres depuis toujours :
l’humour respectueux et le « rire intérieur » comme le nommait Fellini.
Sans en changer un mot ni une virgule, nous en avons fait « matière de théâtre ». Cette « pièce » pour un acteur met en jeu un jeune séminariste aux prises avec son choix de vie.
