Als Kernstück des Zentrums für die Interpretation von Architektur und kulturellem Erbe (CIAP) bildet der 1835 in Rochefort realisierte Reliefplan den wichtigsten Schlüssel für das Verständnis der städtischen Entwicklung. Begleitet von interaktiven Interpretationstools steht er im Mittelpunkt eines Parcours, der die Highlights der urbanen und sozialen Geschichte der Stadt von 1666 bis heute erzählt.
Eine Einladung, die Geheimnisse einer außergewöhnlichen Stadt zu teilen, die am Rande der Charente unter der Herrschaft des Sonnenkönigs geboren wurde.

A centrepiece of the Centre d'interprétation de l'architecture et du patrimoine (CIAP), the Rochefort relief plan, created in 1835, is the key to understanding urban evolution. Accompanied by interactive interpretive tools, it is at the heart of a journey that tells the highlights of the city’s urban and social history, from 1666 to the present day.
An invitation to share the secrets of an extraordinary city, born on the banks of the Charente during the reign of the Sun King.
