The collection of artists' books from the Marguerite Duras media library
Specific medium of the visual arts, the artist’s book is a work of art in its own right. Remarkable, singular, often rare, it covers multiple forms thanks to the use of varied techniques and materials. According to the approach chosen by the artist, he becomes a book-object, animated book, illustrated book, artist’s book...
The media library offers a collection of 300 artists' books, for children and adults, available on-site and by appointment.
