Seine Ursprünge gehen auf das 11. Jahrhundert zurück. Es gehörte zur Herrschaft von Beugnon-Pottereau und wurde 1093 an die Abtei Saint-Maixent vererbt. Es ist die erste Mühle, die sich am Cours de la Longèves befand und 11 davon flussabwärts hatte. Er sorgte nicht nur für die Produktion von Mehl, sondern auch für den Betrieb einer Sägemühle und eines Dynamos zur Stromerzeugung.
Ausgestattet mit 3 Paar Maschen, die immer noch an Ort und Stelle sind, wurde sein Mechanismus im Jahr 2005 vollständig identisch restauriert.

Its origins date back to the 11th century. It depended on the lordship of Beugnon-Pottereau then was bequeathed to the abbey of Saint-Maixent in 1093. It is the first mill located on the course of La Longèves, which had 11 downstream. It not only ensured the production of flour but also, its energy allowed to activate a sawmill and a dynamo for the production of electricity.
Equipped with 3 pairs of wheels still in place, its mechanism was completely restored to the same in 2005.

Le sue origini risalgono all'XI secolo. Dipendeva dalla signoria di Beugnon-Pottereau e fu poi donato all'abbazia di Saint-Maixent nel 1093. È il primo mulino situato sul corso della Longèves che ne comprendeva 11 a valle. Non solo forniva farina, ma la sua energia permetteva anche di azionare una segheria e una dinamo per la produzione di elettricità.
Dotato di 3 paia di molette ancora in atto, il suo meccanismo è stato completamente restaurato allo stesso identico nel 2005.

Ses origines remontent au XIe siècle. Il dépendait de la seigneurie de Beugnon-Pottereau puis fut légué à l'abbaye de Saint-Maixent en 1093. C'est le 1er moulin situé sur le cours de La Longèves qui en comportait 11 en aval. Il assurait non seulement la production de farine mais de plus, son énergie permettait aussi d'actionner une scierie et une dynamo pour la production d'électricité.
Equipé de 3 paires de meules toujours en place, son mécanisme a été totalement restauré à l'identique en 2005.

Sus orígenes se remontan al siglo XI. Dependía del señorío de Beugnon-Pottereau y fue legado a la abadía de Saint-Maixent en 1093. Es el primer molino situado en el curso de La Longèves que contaba con 11 aguas abajo. No solo garantizaba la producción de harina, sino que su energía también permitía el funcionamiento de una serrería y un dinamo para la generación de electricidad.
Equipado con 3 pares de muelas aún en su lugar, su mecanismo fue totalmente restaurado al mismo nivel en 2005.
