Diese Orgel, die teilweise als historische Denkmäler klassifiziert ist, hat ihren Ursprung in den 1840er Jahren mit einem Instrument des Hauses Daublaine & Callinet in Paris. Es wurde dann mehrmals vergrößert und restauriert, zuletzt 1990 von Michel Jouve.
Bestehend aus drei Tastaturen und einem Pedalspiel, ist das Instrument heute durch die Xylophagen-Insekten bedroht, die den Erhaltungszustand des Büffets und der Konsole gefährden.
Zur großen Freude des Publikums wird Georges Gabarel, anerkannter Organist und Inhaber der Orgel von Saint-Paul, diesen Sonntag die Orgel von Saint-Charles erklingen lassen.

This organ, partially classified as a historical monument, originated in the 1840s, with an instrument by Daublaine & Callinet of Paris. It was then increased and restored several times, the last time in 1990 by Michel Jouve.
Composed of three keyboards and a pedal, the instrument is now threatened by xylophagous insects, which weaken the state of conservation of the organcase and console.
To the great pleasure of the public, Georges Gabarel, recognized organist and titular of the organ of Saint-Paul, will make this Sunday resound the organ of Saint-Charles.

Questo organo, in parte classificato come monumento storico, ha origine negli anni '40 con uno strumento della casa parigina di Daublaine & Callinet. Successivamente è stato ampliato e restaurato più volte, l'ultima volta nel 1990 da Michel Jouve.
Composto da tre tastiere e un pedale, lo strumento è oggi minacciato dagli insetti xilofagi, che compromettono lo stato di conservazione del buffet e della console.
Per la gioia del pubblico, Georges Gabarel, organista riconosciuto e titolare dell'organo di Saint-Paul, farà risuonare questa domenica l'organo di Saint-Charles.
