Das alte historische Herz der Gemeinde, die Ferme Charlemagne ist ein bemerkenswertes Zeugnis des ländlichen Erbes von Artois. Mit ihrem imposanten Taubenvorplatz und ihren roten Ziegelfassaden veranschaulicht sie den typischen architektonischen Charme der Region.
Einst ein Symbol des Reichtums und der Opulenz, erinnert der Taudenbaum an die Bedeutung der landwirtschaftlichen Tätigkeit in einer Gemeinde, die ebenfalls von ihrer Bergbaugeschichte geprägt ist. Der von der Gemeinde im Jahr 2001 erworbene Bauernhof beherbergte nacheinander die städtischen technischen Dienste und dann das CCAS, bevor er 2009 an Pas-de-Calais Habitat verkauft wurde, das das Gebäude renoviert hat, seinen Charme bewahrt und neue Unterkünfte anbietet.

Former historic heart of the town, the Charlemagne Farm is a remarkable testimony to the rural heritage of Artois. With its imposing pigeon loft and red brick facades, it illustrates the typical architectural charm of the region.
Once a symbol of wealth and opulence, the pigeon loft recalls the importance of agricultural activity in a town also marked by its mining history. Acquired by the municipality in 2001, the farm has successively hosted the municipal technical services and the CCAS, before being sold to Pas-de-Calais habitat in 2009 which renovated the building maintaining its charm and offering new housing.

Antico cuore storico del comune, la Ferme Charlemagne è una testimonianza notevole del patrimonio rurale dell'Artois. Con il suo imponente pignone-portico e le sue facciate di mattoni rossi, illustra il fascino architettonico tipico della regione.
Un tempo simbolo di ricchezza e opulenza, il pignone-portico ricorda l'importanza dell'attività agricola in un comune anch'esso segnato dalla sua storia mineraria. Acquisita dal comune nel 2001, la fattoria ha ospitato successivamente i servizi tecnici municipali e poi il CCAS, prima di essere ceduta a Pas-de-Calais habitat nel 2009 che ha rinnovato l'edificio mantenendo il suo fascino e offrendo nuove abitazioni.

Ancien cœur historique de la commune, la Ferme Charlemagne est un remarquable témoignage du patrimoine rural de l'Artois. Avec son imposant pigeonnier-porche et ses façades de briques rouges, elle illustre le charme architectural typique de la région.
Autrefois symbole de richesse et d'opulence, le pigeonnier-porche rappelle l'importance de l'activité agricole dans une commune également marquée par son histoire minière. Acquise par la municipalité en 2001, la ferme a successivement accueilli les services techniques municipaux puis le CCAS, avant d'être cédée à Pas-de-Calais habitat en 2009 qui a rénové la bâtisse en gardant son charme et en offrant de nouveaux logements.

Antaño símbolo de riqueza y opulencia, el palomar recuerda la importancia de la actividad agrícola en un municipio también marcado por su historia minera. Adquirida por el municipio en 2001, la granja ha albergado sucesivamente los servicios técnicos municipales y luego el CCAS, antes de ser cedida a Pas-de-Calais habitat en 2009 que renovó el edificio manteniendo su encanto y ofreciendo nuevas viviendas.
