Die Insel V41 (1946-1951) ist eine der vier ISAI-Inseln (Gebäude ohne individuelle Zweckbestimmung), die von Auguste Perret als Reaktion auf die Bedürfnisse der Geschädigten und als Vorspiel für die Stadtplanung des neu gebauten Stadtzentrums von Le Havre gebaut wurden. Diese Insel wurde 2017 als historisches Denkmal eingestuft und ist nicht für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich. Die vorliegende Besichtigung, durchgeführt von Bewohnern, ermöglicht es durch einen Spaziergang im Außen- und Innenbereich, den konstruktiven Prozess der Gebäude zu entdecken, ihre Architektur und ihre technische Ausstattung zu verstehen. Hof, Hallen, Tiefgarage und Heizraum werden überquert und die Besichtigung findet in einer privaten Wohnung statt, die sich von der Musterwohnung unterscheidet und vollständig klassifiziert ist.

Block V41 (1946-1951) is one of the four ISAI blocks (buildings without individual allocation) built by Auguste Perret in response to the needs of disaster victims and as a prefiguration of the urban planning of the reconstructed city center of Le Havre. Classified as a historic monument in 2017, this block is not open to the public. The present visit, led by residents, allows through an outdoor and indoor stroll to discover the construction process of buildings, understand their architecture and technicality. Courtyard, halls, underground garage, boiler room will be crossed and the visit will take place in a private area, different from the sample apartment and classified in full.

L'isolotto V41 (1946-1951) fa parte dei quattro isolotti ISAI (edificio senza destinazione d'uso individuale) costruiti da Auguste Perret in risposta alle esigenze dei sinistrati e a prefigurazione dell'urbanistica del centro-città ricostruito del Havre. Classificato come monumento storico nel 2017, questo isolotto non è aperto al pubblico. La presente visita, guidata da abitanti, permette attraverso una passeggiata esterna e interna di scoprire il processo costruttivo degli edifici, comprenderne l'architettura e la loro tecnicità. Cortile, hall, garage sotterraneo e sala riscaldamento saranno attraversati e la visita avverrà in un appartamento privato, diverso dall'appartamento testimone e classificato per intero.

L'îlot V41 (1946-1951) fait partie des quatre îlots ISAI (immeuble sans affectation individuelle) construits par Auguste Perret en réponse aux besoins des sinistrés et en préfiguration de l'urbanisme du centre-ville reconstruit du Havre. Classé monument historique en 2017, cet îlot n'est pas ouvert au public. La présente visite, menée par des habitants, permet au travers d'une déambulation extérieure et intérieure de découvrir le procédé constructif des immeubles, de comprendre leur architecture et leur technicité. Cour, halls, garage souterrain, chaufferie seront traversés et la visite s'échèvera dans un appartelment privé, différent de l'appartement témoin et classé en totalité.

Clasificado como monumento histórico en 2017, este islote no está abierto al público. La presente visita, dirigida por habitantes, permite a través de una deambulación exterior e interior descubrir el proceso constructivo de los edificios, comprender su arquitectura y su tecnicidad. El patio, los vestíbulos, el garaje subterráneo y la sala de calderas serán atravesados y la visita se realizará en un apartamento privado, diferente del apartamento testigo y clasificado en su totalidad.
