Der Besuch, der auf 12 thematischen Tafeln präsentiert wird, erzählt von der Herkunft der Bibel, ihrer Weitergabe im Laufe der Jahrhunderte, ihrer weltweiten Verbreitung sowie vom Reichtum ihrer Botschaft.
Dieses Museum, einzigartig in Okzitanien, beherbergt auch seltene und erstaunliche Stücke, wie die kleinste Bibel der Welt, graviert auf einem Silizium-Chip, oder die "Containment-Bibel", Zeuge einer originellen zeitgenössischen Initiative.

Articulated around a replica of the Gutenberg press, this permanent exhibition invites you to discover the fascinating history of the first book printed between 1452 and 1455: the Vulgate Bible.
Presented on 12 thematic panels, the tour traces the origin of the Bible, its transmission over the centuries, its diffusion throughout the world, as well as the richness of its message.
This museum, unique in Occitanie, also houses rare and astonishing pieces, such as the smallest Bible in the world, engraved on a silicon chip, or the "Containment Bible", witness of an original contemporary initiative.
