"Der Vorschlag lädt die fotografische Kunst in den Garten und im Freien ein, indem er auf das große Format, das Textilmaterial und andere moderne Träger setzt. Sich die Fotografie und die neuen, lokal entwickelten Textildrucktechnologien im Zuge der Fortführung der Textilgeschichte vorstellen zu lassen, um sie in einem Park- und Gartenambiente meines Freundes Didier Clad (Die Kunst des Drucks) zu verherrlichen - das ist das Thema dieser Ausstellung.
Das Thema der Ausstellung wird lokal sein, mit einer Auswahl an Fotografien und einem anderen Blick auf das industrielle Erbe des oberen Thuertales (Park von Wesserling, Wildenstein...), das im Laufe der Jahrzehnte standgehalten hat und zur Grundlage für touristische und kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten geworden ist."
- Die gebildete Geographin Sandrine Marbach hat sich von fernen Reisezielen und lokalen Entdeckungen ernährt und ist leidenschaftlich an der Fotografie interessiert. In den Jahren 1995 bis 2010 hat sie mehrmals den hohen Norden (Kanada, Grönland, Spitzbergen), Kamtschatka, Mittelamerika und Südamerika (Costa Rica, Venezuela, Ecuador, Galapagos-Inseln, Peru, Brasilien) besucht., aber Ostafrika wird eines seiner weit entfernten Lieblingsziele bleiben.
Von nun an widmet sie sich einer Fotografie, die ihren Ursprüngen näher kommt, mit Italien, den Alpen, dem Elsass und dem Tal der Thur.

"The proposal invites photographic art in the garden and outdoors, focusing on large format, textile material and other modern media. Bringing together photography and new textile printing technologies developed locally in the extension of textile history to magnify them in a park and garden setting by my friend Didier Clad (The art of printmaking), is the subject of this exhibition.
The theme of the exhibition will be local with a selection of photographs and another look at the industrial heritage of the upper Thur valley (Wesserling Park, Wildenstein...) which over the decades has resisted and has become the support of tourist and cultural sites."
- A geographer by training, Sandrine Marbach has drawn inspiration from distant destinations and local discoveries, and is passionate about photography. During the years 1995 to 2010, she visited several times the North (Canada, Greenland, Spitsbergen), Kamchatka, Central America and South America (Costa Rica, Venezuela, Ecuador, Galapagos Islands, Peru, Brazil), but East Africa will remain one of his preferred distant destinations.
From now on, she dedicates herself to a photography closer to her origins, with Italy, the Alps, Alsace and the Thur valley.

"La proposta invita l'arte fotografica in giardino e all'aperto, puntando sul grande formato, sulla materia tessile e su altri supporti moderni. Far incontrare la fotografia e le nuove tecnologie di stampa tessile sviluppate localmente nel prolungamento della storia del tessile per magnificarle in uno scrigno di parco e giardino del mio amico Didier Clad (L'arte della stampa), questo è l'oggetto di questa esposizione.
Il tema dell'esposizione sarà locale, con una selezione di fotografie e un altro sguardo sul patrimonio industriale dell'alta valle della Thur (Parco di Wesserling, Wildenstein....) che nel corso dei decenni ha resistito e che è diventato il supporto di siti turistici e culturali."
- Geografa di formazione, Sandrine Marbach si nutre di destinazioni lontane, scoperte locali e passione per la fotografia. Negli anni 1995-2010, ha visitato più volte il Grande Nord (Canada, Groenlandia, Spitsbergen), la Kamchatka, l'America centrale e meridionale (Costa Rica, Venezuela, Ecuador, Isole Galápagos, Perù, Brasile), ma l'Africa orientale resterà una delle sue destinazioni lontane preferite.
Ora si dedica alla fotografia più vicina alle sue origini, con l'Italia, le Alpi, l'Alsazia e la valle del fiume Thur.

"La propuesta invita el arte fotográfico al jardín y al exterior, apostando por el gran formato, la materia textil y otros soportes modernos. Conocer la fotografía y las nuevas tecnologías de impresión textil desarrolladas localmente en la prolongación de la historia textil para engrandecer estas tecnologías en un entorno de parque y jardín de mi amigo Didier Clad (El arte de la estampa), tal es el objeto de esta exposición.
El tema de la exposición será local, con una selección de fotografías y otra mirada al patrimonio industrial del alto valle del Thur (Parque de Wesserling, Wildenstein....) que a lo largo de las décadas ha resistido y se ha convertido en el soporte de sitios turísticos y culturales."
- La geógrafa de formación, Sandrine Marbach se ha nutrido de destinos lejanos, descubrimientos locales y pasión por la fotografía. Durante los años 1995 a 2010, visitó varias veces el Gran Norte (Canadá, Groenlandia, Spitzbergen), Kamchatka, América central y América del sur (Costa Rica, Venezuela, Ecuador, Islas Galápagos, Perú, Brasil), pero África del Este seguirá siendo uno de sus destinos lejanos favoritos.
Ahora se dedica a una fotografía más cercana a sus orígenes, con Italia, los Alpes, Alsacia y el valle del Thur.
