To tie in with the exhibition “What is the future?”, a series of free films brought to you straight from the future is on offer as part of the MEG’s famous Sunday film screenings.
The MEG is delighted to be partnering with FILMARcito, the children’s section of the FILMAR festival in Latin America, to bring you a series of short films from the future!
This series brings together five short films that explore the future as an imminent reality, an intimate and everyday construct that is profoundly human. With a dash of the absurd and a touch of the poetic or dreamlike, these works invite us to reflect on how we organise our lives, on the world of work, and on imaginary spaces.
From gestures repeated in a loop to the point of alienation to dreams that open up new possibilities, these animated films sketch a sensitive map of the future: a future made up of memory, desire and questions rather than certainties.

En écho à l'exposition "Le futur, c'est quoi?", une série de films gratuits qui nous viennent directement du futur vous est proposée dans le cadre des fameux ciné-dimanches du MEG.
Le MEG a le plaisir de s'associer à FILMARcito, la section jeune public du festival FILMAR en América Latina pour vous proposer une série de courts-métrages du futur!
Cette série rassemble cinq courts métrages qui explorent l’avenir comme une réalité proche, une construction intime et quotidienne profondément humaine. Avec une dose d’absurde, une touche poétique ou onirique, ces oeuvres invitent à réfl échir à notre manière d’organiser nos existences, au monde du travail, aux espaces imaginaires.
Entre gestes qui se répètent en boucle jusqu’à l’aliénation et rêves qui ouvrent des champs du possible, ces fi lms d’animation dessinent une cartographie sensible de l’avenir : un futur fait de mémoire, de désir et de questions plutôt que de certitudes.
