Ergebnis eines Aufenthalts im Land von Allevard von Juni 2026 bis April 2026, die Ausstellung Das Vor des Danach präsentiert die Werke von Stéphanie Nelson und Alexis Bérar, Fotografen aus Grenoble.
Mit einem neuen Blick auf ein Gebiet, das von Thermik, Wasserkraft und Industrie geprägt ist, hinterfragen ihre Fotografien den Platz dieser Erinnerung sowohl in den Sammlungen eines Museums als auch außerhalb seiner Mauern. Ihre Blicke antworten einander, um die Metamorphosen eines sich bewegenden Terrariums sichtbar zu machen.

Fruit of a residency in the country of Allevard from June 2026 to April 2026, the exhibition The before the after presents the works of Stéphanie Nelson and Alexis Bérar, photographers from Grenoble.
Taking a new look at a territory marked by hydropower, industry and thermalism, their photographs question the place of this memory in the collections of a museum as well as outside its walls. Their eyes meet to reveal the metamorphoses of a moving terriory.
