DIE WELT IN BEWEGUNG I AN DER SCHNITTSTELLE VON FOTOGRAFIE UND BILDENDER KUNST
Das Herz der künstlerischen Praxis von Nicolas Guillemot ist die Bewegung. Er erforscht sie durch das Theater, aber auch durch die Fotografie und die bildenden Künste. Sowohl durch große "fliegende" Fresken, die aus Kozo (japanisches Papier für Kalligraphie, Aquarell, Druck usw.) gefertigt wurden, als auch durch Dioramen (handgefertigte Miniaturlandschaften), die wie Landschaften fotografiert werden. In beiden Fällen die gleiche Suche: das Bild zum Atmen bringen und es ermöglichen, mit dem Lebenden in Resonanz zu treten.
Zu beachten: Im November 2026 reist Nicolas für einen Monat nach Japan, um dort zu gründen. Die unveröffentlichten Stücke, die auf dieser Reise entstanden sind, werden zum ersten Mal in dieser Ausstellung präsentiert!

THE WORLD IN MOTION I AT THE CROSSROADS OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND THE VISUAL ARTS
The heart of Nicolas Guillemot’s artistic practice is movement. He explores it through theater, but also photography and visual arts. Both by large "flying" frescoes, made from kozo (Japanese paper used for calligraphy, watercolor, printing...), but also by dioramas (miniature landscapes made by hand), photographed as landscapes. In both cases, the same search: to make the image breathe, and to allow it to enter into resonance with the living.
To know: in November 2026, Nicolas leaves for Japan for a month of creation. The unpublished pieces born from this journey will be presented at this exhibition for the first time!

Il cuore della pratica artistica di Nicolas Guillemot è il movimento. Lo esplora attraverso il teatro, ma anche la fotografia e le arti plastiche. Sia con grandi affreschi "volanti", realizzati con kozo (carta giapponese utilizzata per la calligrafia, l'acquerello, la stampa...), ma anche con diorami (paesaggi in miniatura fatti a mano), fotografati come paesaggi. In entrambi i casi, la stessa ricerca: far respirare l'immagine e permetterle di entrare in risonanza con il vivente.
A sapere: nel novembre 2026, Nicolas parte in Giappone per un mese di creazione. I pezzi inediti nati da questo viaggio saranno presentati durante questa mostra per la prima volta!

Le cœur de la pratique artistique de Nicolas Guillemot, c’est le mouvement. Il l’explore par le théâtre, mais aussi la photographie et les arts plastiques. A la fois par de grandes fresques « volantes », réalisée à partir de kozo (papier japonais utilisé pour la calligraphie, l’aquarelle, l’imprimerie…), mais aussi par des dioramas (paysages miniatures fabriqués à la main), photographiés comme des paysages. Dans les deux cas, la même recherche : faire respirer l'image, et lui permettre d'entrer en résonance avec le vivant.
A savoir : en novembre 2026, Nicolas part au Japon pour un mois de création. Les pièces inédites nées de ce voyage seront présentées lors de cette exposition pour la première fois !

El corazón de la práctica artística de Nicolas Guillemot es el movimiento. Lo explora a través del teatro, pero también de la fotografía y las artes plásticas. Tanto por grandes frescos «volantes», realizados a partir de kozo (papel japonés utilizado para la caligrafía, la acuarela, la imprenta...), como también por dioramas (paisajes en miniatura hechos a mano), fotografiados como paisajes. En ambos casos, la misma búsqueda: hacer respirar la imagen y permitirle entrar en resonancia con lo vivo.
En noviembre de 2026, Nicolas se va a Japón para un mes de creación. Las piezas inéditas nacidas de este viaje serán presentadas en esta exposición por primera vez!
