This summer, a giant open-air cinema screen will be set up on the esplanade to exclusively screen the live-action film “DRAGONS”, released in 2025! Come and take a seat on one of the hundred deckchairs and chairs arranged for the occasion.
Following the success of DreamWorks’ animated films “How to Train Your Dragon” (2010) and “How to Train Your Dragon 2” (2014), Universal Pictures released a live-action remake in 2025.
Story:
On the island of Berk, where Vikings and dragons have battled mercilessly for generations, Hiccup stands out as an exception. Reserved and overshadowed by the imposing presence of his father Stoick, the tribe’s chief, this young dreamer defies tradition by befriending a dragon named Toothless. Alongside the fierce and adventurous Astrid and the friendly village blacksmith Gobber, Hiccup must find his place in a world torn apart by fear and misunderstanding.
Together, they must forge a fragile path to peace, going beyond the limits of their two worlds to redefine what it means to be a leader and a hero.
