Das 2021 eröffnete Konservatorium verkörpert eine zeitgenössische Vision von Architektur im Dienste der künstlerischen Bildung. Das Gebäude wurde entwickelt, um den pädagogischen, akustischen und ökologischen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden. Es ist ein Werk der Agentur Jacques Ripault Architecture mit der Beteiligung von Syril Travier.
Das auf vier Ebenen (R+3) erbaute und über 4.700 m2 große Wintergarten zeichnet sich durch eine klare Fassade und helle Volumen aus, die den fließenden Verkehr und die Offenheit der Räume begünstigen. Sein 300-Sitzer-Auditorium, das wahre Herzstück des Projekts, ist als vollwertiges Musikinstrument konzipiert und mit Esche und Eiche für eine außergewöhnliche Akustik verkleidet.
Das gesamte Gebäude verwendet nachhaltige Materialien und modernste technische Einrichtungen: Doppelstromlüftung, verstärkte Isolierung, LED-Beleuchtung, zentrale Energieregelung... Diese Elemente sind Ausdruck eines Ansatzes der hohen Umweltqualität (HQE), der den städtischen Rahmen und die Nutzer respektiert.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Théâtre Anthéa gelegen, fügt sich das Konservatorium elegant in die kulturelle Landschaft von Antibois ein und bekräftigt seine Berufung: Den Schülern, Lehrern und dem Publikum einen Ort der Exzellenz, der Kreation und der Weitergabe zu bieten.

Inaugurated in 2021, this conservatory embodies a contemporary vision of architecture at the service of artistic education. Designed to meet educational, acoustic and environmental requirements, the building is a work of art by the agency Jacques Ripault Architecture, with the participation of Mr. Syril Travier.
Elevated on four levels (R+3) and deploying more than 4,700 m 2, the conservatory is distinguished by a clean facade and bright volumes, promoting the fluidity of circulation and the opening of spaces. Its 300-seat auditorium, the real sound heart of the project, is designed as a full-fledged musical instrument, dressed in ash and oak for exceptional acoustics.
The entire building incorporates sustainable materials and cutting-edge technical devices: double flow ventilation, reinforced insulation, LED lighting, centralized energy management... as many elements that reflect a High Environmental Quality (HQE) approach, respectful of the urban framework and users.
Located in the immediate vicinity of the Anthéa theater, the conservatory is elegantly inscribed in the antibois cultural landscape, asserting its vocation: to offer students, teachers and the public a place of excellence, creation and transmission.
