Die Tour beginnt auf dem Place-du-18-octobre und erinnert an die neue Stadt, die im 18. Jahrhundert nach dem großen Brand von 1723 wieder aufgebaut wurde, den monumentalen Brunnen aus der Renaissance und die Schlacht vom 18. Oktober 1870 während des französisch-deutschen Krieges. The route begins on the Place-du-18-octobre to evoke the new city rebuilt in the 18th century after the great fire of 1723, the monumental neo-Renaissance fountain and the battle of 18 October 1870 during the Franco-German war. He then leads us through the medieval streets to discover the castle, a remarkable monument that includes in particular a circular donjon of the twelfth century among the best preserved in the world, a Sainte-Chapelle and a precursor staircase of the French Renaissance. The tour ends with a visit to the former Madeleine abbey church, the largest religious building in the former county of Dunois.
