Unter seiner Leitung und in seinem Labor haben sie Experimente zur Geruchsextraktion gemacht.
Schließlich wurden sie für den großen Tag, die Nacht der Museen, von der Schriftstellerin Julie Abécassis vorbereitet.

Erasing the boundaries between literary and scientist: Thanks to the joint interventions of a researcher and a writer, without forgetting the encounter with the universe of Balzac. Build a reflection on science and notably the image of the scientist today. The project aims to elaborate theatrical debates, which we have called "ping pong of vocation", with perfume as the guiding thread.
Since October, a second class of the Lycée Rabelais de Meudon has been working with their teachers of letters and physics-chemistry on this project. They will have read Balzac's novel, "Honorine" where perfume holds a prominent place. They will have been received by Olivier David, professor of chemistry at the Institut Lavoisier in Versailles. Under his direction and in his laboratory, they will have made experiments, extraction of odors.
Finally, they will have been prepared for the big day, the night of the museums, by the writer Julie Abécassis.

Effacer les frontières entre le littéraire et le scientifique: grâce aux interventions conjointes d'un chercheur et d'une écrivaine, sans oublier la rencontre avec l'univers de Balzac. Construire une réflexion sur la science et notammeent l'image du savant aujourd'hui. Le projet vise à élaborer des débats théâtralisés, que nous avons intitulés "ping-pong de la vocation", avec pour fil conducteur, le parfum.
Depuis, le mois d'octobre, une classe de seconde du Lycée Rabelais de Meudon, travaille avec leurs professeurs de lettres et de physique-chimie sur ce projet. Ils auront lu le roman de Balzac, "Honorine" où le parfum tient une place de choix. Ils auront été reçus par Olivier David, professeur de chimie à l'Institut Lavoisier de Versailles. Sous sa direction et dans son laboratoire, ils auront fait des expériences, d'extraction d'odeurs.
Enfin, ils auront été préparés pour le grand jour, la Nuit des Musées, par l'écrivaine Julie Abécassis.
