Die Protestantische Medienbibliothek des Stiftes öffnet erneut die Türen zu ihrem alten Bestand und bietet einige Einblicke in das Thema des Jahres «Architektonisches Erbe».
Das im letzten Viertel des 18. Jahrhunderts erbaute «Maison de Saint-Thomas», heute als «Stift» bekannt, beherbergte nicht immer ein Universitätsrestaurant, Studenten oder auch Bücher. Auf dem Weg durch das heutige Foyer findet man einige Hinweise auf die bewegte Geschichte der protestantischen Hochschulinstitutionen in Straßburg.
Nach einer kurzen Einführung und Besichtigung der Räumlichkeiten, die meist für die Öffentlichkeit geschlossen sind, entdecken Sie in der Bibliothek eine neue Auswahl an Kulturschätzen mit Inkunabeln oder gedruckten Werken aus dem 16. und 17. Jahrhundert.

The Protestant Media Library of the Inciter opens once again the doors of its ancient collection and offers you some insights on the theme of the year "Architectural Heritage".
Built in the last quarter of the 18th century, the "Maison de Saint-Thomas", which is today called the "Frankenstein", did not always shelter a university restaurant, students or even books. One finds there, by crossing the current foyer, some clues about the eventful history of the Protestant university institutions in Strasbourg.
After a moment of introduction and discovery of the places, most of which are usually closed to the public, you will discover in the library a new selection of heritage treasures, with incunabula or books printed in the 16th and 17th centuries.

Costruita nell'ultimo quarto del XVIII secolo, la «Maison de Saint-Thomas», oggi chiamata lo «Stift», non ha sempre ospitato un ristorante universitario, studenti o libri. Vi si trovano, attraversando l'attuale foyer, alcuni indizi sulla storia movimentata delle istituzioni universitarie protestanti a Strasburgo.
Dopo un momento di introduzione e di scoperta dei luoghi, la maggior parte dei quali solitamente chiusi al pubblico, scoprirete nella biblioteca una nuova selezione di tesori patrimoniali, con incunaboli o ancora opere stampate nel XVI e XVII secolo.

La Médiathèque protestante du Stift vous ouvre une nouvelle fois les portes de son fonds ancien et vous propose quelques éclairages sur le thème de l’année « Patrimoine architectural ».
Construite dans le dernier quart du XVIIIᵉ siècle, la « Maison de Saint-Thomas », qu’on appelle aujourd’hui le « Stift », n’a pas toujours abrité un restaurant universitaire, des étudiants ou encore des livres. On y trouve, en traversant l’actuel foyer, quelques indices sur l’histoire mouvementée des institutions universitaires protestantes à Strasbourg.
Après un moment d’introduction et de découverte des lieux, la plupart habituellement fermés au public, vous découvrirez dans la bibliothèque une nouvelle sélection de trésors patrimoniaux, avec des incunables ou encore des ouvrages imprimés aux XVIᵉ et XVIIᵉ siècles.

Construida en el último cuarto del siglo XVIII, la «Maison de Saint-Thomas», que hoy se llama el «Stift», no siempre albergó un restaurante universitario, estudiantes o libros. Se encuentran, al atravesar el actual hogar, algunos indicios sobre la historia agitada de las instituciones universitarias protestantes en Estrasburgo.
Tras un momento de introducción y descubrimiento de los lugares, la mayoría de ellos normalmente cerrados al público, descubrirá en la biblioteca una nueva selección de tesoros patrimoniales, con incunables o incluso obras impresas de los siglos XVI y XVII.
