Unser Betrieb basiert auf gemischter Landwirtschaft: Wir halten Hühner und Ziegen und bauen Obst und Gemüse für unseren eigenen Verbrauch und Verarbeitung an. Von Anfang an haben wir regenerative Ansätze für die Bodenfruchtbarkeit bevorzugt, indem wir unseren eigenen Kompost, Biokohle und verschiedene Mulchsorten verwendet haben. Das Grundstück befindet sich am Fuße des Krupinská-Plateaus, auf einer nach Südosten ausgerichteten Seite mit einem Höhenunterschied von etwa 40 Metern. Dieses Relief beeinflusste von Anfang an unser Konzept: Wir wollten ein System schaffen, in dem alles effizient verbunden und für die tägliche landwirtschaftliche Arbeit leicht zugänglich ist. Zu Beginn konzentrierten wir uns hauptsächlich auf die Geländeplanung und Wasserrückhaltesysteme, einschließlich Entwässerungsgräben, Terrassen, Einsickervorrichtungen, Regengärten und verschiedene Arten von Becken. Seit 2018 entwickeln wir einen ganzheitlichen permaculturellen Ansatz, und der Standort dient auch als Ausbildungszentrum für die School of Permaculture. Gleichzeitig bemühen wir uns, einen Raum zu schaffen, der nicht nur funktional ist, sondern auch ästhetisch ausgewogen und mit künstlerischen Elementen und inspirierenden Details bereichert ist. Eines der zentralen Elemente des heutigen Gartens ist ein natürlicher Badeteich, umgeben von ausgedehnten Staudammplantagen.

Our farm is based on mixed farming – we raise chickens and goats and grow vegetables and fruit for our own use and processing. From the beginning, we have focused on regenerative approaches to soil fertility, using our own compost, biochar, and various types of mulch. The land is located on the foothills of the Krupinská Plateau on a southeast-facing slope with an elevation difference of about 40 meters. This shaped our design from the start – we aimed to create a system where everything is efficiently connected and easily accessible for daily farm work. In the early years, we focused mainly on terrain modifications and water retention systems, including swales, terraces, infiltration features, rain gardens, and different types of ponds. Since 2018, we have been developing a holistic permaculture design, and the site also serves as an educational center of the School of Permaculture. At the same time, we strive to create a space that is not only functional but also aesthetically balanced, enriched with artistic elements and inspiring details. A central feature of the garden today is a natural swimming pond surrounded by extensive perennial plantings.

La nostra azienda agricola si basa su un'agricoltura mista: alleviamo polli e capre e coltiviamo frutta e verdura per il nostro consumo e trasformazione. Fin dall'inizio, abbiamo privilegiato approcci rigenerativi per la fertilità del suolo, utilizzando il nostro compost, biochar e diversi tipi di pacciame. Il terreno si trova ai piedi dell'altopiano di Krupinská, su un versante esposto a sud-est, con un dislivello di circa 40 metri. Questo rilievo ha influenzato la nostra idea fin dall'inizio: volevamo creare un sistema in cui tutto fosse connesso in modo efficiente e facilmente accessibile per il lavoro agricolo quotidiano. All'inizio, ci siamo concentrati principalmente sulla pianificazione del terreno e sui sistemi di ritenzione idrica, tra cui fossati di drenaggio, terrazze, dispositivi di infiltrazione, giardini pluviali e vari tipi di bacini. Dal 2018, abbiamo sviluppato un approccio olistico alla permacultura e il sito funge anche da centro di formazione per la School of Permaculture. Allo stesso tempo, ci sforziamo di creare uno spazio non solo funzionale, ma anche esteticamente equilibrato, arricchito da elementi artistici e dettagli ispiratori. Uno degli elementi centrali del giardino oggi è un laghetto naturale per la balneazione circondato da vaste piantagioni di piante perenni.

Notre ferme est basée sur une agriculture mixte : nous élevons des poulets et des chèvres et cultivons des fruits et légumes pour notre propre consommation et transformation. Dès le départ, nous avons privilégié des approches régénératrices pour la fertilité des sols, en utilisant notre propre compost, du biochar et différents types de paillis. Le terrain est situé au pied du plateau de Krupinská, sur un versant exposé au sud-est, avec un dénivelé d'environ 40 mètres. Ce relief a influencé notre conception dès le début : nous souhaitions créer un système où tout est efficacement connecté et facilement accessible pour les travaux agricoles quotidiens. Au début, nous nous sommes principalement concentrés sur l'aménagement du terrain et les systèmes de rétention d'eau, notamment les fossés de drainage, les terrasses, les dispositifs d'infiltration, les jardins de pluie et différents types de bassins. Depuis 2018, nous développons une approche permaculturelle holistique, et le site sert également de centre de formation pour l'École de Permaculture. Parallèlement, nous nous efforçons de créer un espace non seulement fonctionnel, mais aussi esthétiquement équilibré, enrichi d'éléments artistiques et de détails inspirants. L'un des éléments centraux du jardin aujourd'hui est un étang de baignade naturel entouré de vastes plantations de plantes vivaces.

Nuestra granja se basa en la agricultura mixta: criamos pollos y cabras y cultivamos frutas y verduras para nuestro propio consumo y procesamiento. Desde el principio, hemos adoptado enfoques regenerativos para la fertilidad del suelo, utilizando nuestro propio compost, biochar y diferentes tipos de mantillo. El terreno está situado al pie de la meseta de Krupinská, en una vertiente orientada al sureste, con un desnivel de unos 40 metros. Este relieve influyó en nuestra concepción desde el principio: queríamos crear un sistema donde todo estuviera conectado de manera eficiente y fácilmente accesible para las labores agrícolas diarias. Al principio, nos centramos principalmente en el desarrollo del terreno y los sistemas de retención de agua, incluidos fosos de drenaje, terrazas, dispositivos de infiltración, jardines de lluvia y diferentes tipos de estanques. Desde 2018, hemos desarrollado un enfoque de permacultura holístico y el sitio también sirve como centro de capacitación para la Escuela de Permacultura. Al mismo tiempo, nos esforzamos por crear un espacio no solo funcional, sino también estéticamente equilibrado, enriquecido con elementos artísticos y detalles inspiradores.
