The walk is led by landscape architect Judit Varga, who in recent years has studied the professional challenges of maintaining historic gardens in depth, participated in specialized continuing education, and is the caretaker of the Hopp Garden from this year.
During the walk, while exploring the garden, visitors can learn about the horticultural methods—as well as the dilemmas—of preserving a garden of historical significance. An old garden can also become a site for new directions, where contemporary concerns—such as biodiversity and ecological solutions—find their place. At the same time, the message of the past can still be observed and heard rustling among the leaves.
The language of the event is Hungarian.
