Alexandre Simon and Cosima Weiter founded Cie_avec in 2009. One is a photographer and videographer, the other a sound poet, and both are stage directors. Their creative process is based on immersion in a given geographical and cultural territory. The readings, images, and interviews gathered throughout this investigative work form the material from which they design their performances.
Alexandre Simon creates the stage spaces and video installations, while Cosima Weiter writes. Her texts, with a strong sonic dimension, are rooted in reality. Together, they bring them to the stage.

Les Jeudis du H107 sont des instants laboratoires, des moments d’ouverture, de discussion et de rencontre sur le travail en cours entre les artistes en résidence et le public.

Alexandre Simon et Cosima Weiter fondent la Cie_avec en 2009. L’un est photographe et vidéaste, l’autre poète sonore, tous deux sont metteurs en scène. Leur processus de création est fondé sur l’immersion dans un territoire géographique et culturel donné. Les lectures, les prises de vues et les interviews collectées au fil de ce travail d’investigation forment le matériau à partir duquel ils conçoivent leurs spectacles.
Alexandre Simon crée les espaces scéniques et dispositifs vidéos tandis que Cosima Weiter écrit. Ses textes dotés d’une dimension sonore importante sont ancrés dans le réel. Ensemble, ils mettent en scène.
