Le Lait (for «Laboratoire Artistique International du Tarn»), located in Albi and directed by Antoine Marchand, is a place of research and exhibition dedicated to contemporary creation: production of unpublished works, exhibitions, films, editions, conferences, colloquia, artist residencies, mediations, territorial interventions are all ways to support artists and raise awareness of contemporary art. From the political dimension of art to more transversal reflections, particularly in connection with sound practices and vernacular culture, the contemporary art centre Le Lait is a place of experimentation that radiates far beyond the Episcopal City. It is a lively and welcoming place, whose entrance is free, open and accessible to all. Art lovers, curious walkers, are invited to discover the exhibitions of artists of today freely or accompanied by a mediator. Children of all ages are welcome.

Access: Free parking 10 minutes, paying 5 minutes. 10 minutes walk from the train station or the Place du Vigan
