Feminist self-defence has four aspects: emotional, mental, verbal and physical. During this two-day course, participants learn to identify potentially dangerous situations and stop them before they escalate. The course is organized according to popular, playful and co-constructed education methods. Thus, the individual and collective experience is valued, without being an injunction to the unveiling of its history.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INTERNSHIP:
 Increase your ability to act for yourself. Identify different forms of violence. Regain self-confidence and break stereotypes about violence. Act independently and listen to your intuitions. Set your limits and reconnect with your own strength. Experience sorority and adelphity.
