Pour comprendre le déroulement de la tragédie qui a touché 86 civils, des hommes innocents.
Des arrêts devant certaines maisons permettent d'appréhender l'effroi qu'a connu la population d'Ascq.
Le parcours montre aussi comment la mémoire de l’événement est inscrite dans l'ensemble du village.
