Autopalpation and breast cancer screening: learn the right steps with a coordinating nurse in cancerology!
1 in 8 women will face breast cancer during their life. Protecting oneself also means knowing the right actions in order to identify it early and be able to act.
In partnership with the local intercommunal health contract of the Marque and Mélantois, the Private Hospital of Villeneuve d'Ascq offers you an awareness of autopalpation gestures in a professional, caring and dedicated to prevention.

Multicultural room – Péronne-en-Mélantois
After a time of exchanges and theoretical explanations, the participants who wish to can practice the autopalpation gestures using an educational bust designed for learning.
13:45: departure from the Health Walk organized by the association Tout du Ch'min. A 4km course starting from the multicultural hall of Péronne-en-Mélantois which will be an opportunity to exchange while walking on this subject that is close to our hearts.
The association Mon Bonnet Rose will present its actions such as making chemo caps or keychains for the benefit of cancer patients.

Sensibilisation à l’autopalpation
Autopalpation et dépistage du cancer du sein : apprenez les bons gestes avec une infirmière coordinatrice en cancérologie !
1 femme sur 8 sera confrontée au cancer du sein au cours de sa vie. Se protéger, c’est aussi connaître les bons gestes afin de le repérer tôt et de pouvoir agir.
En partenariat avec le contrat local de santé intercommunal de la Marque et du Mélantois, l’Hôpital Privé de Villeneuve d’Ascq vous propose une sensibilisation aux gestes d’autopalpation dans un cadre professionnel, bienveillant et dédié à la prévention.

Salle multiculturelle – Péronne-en-Mélantois
Après un temps d’échanges et d’explications théoriques, les participant·es qui le souhaitent pourront s’exercer aux gestes d’autopalpation à l’aide d’un buste pédagogique conçu pour l’apprentissage.
13h45 : départ de la Rando Santé organisée par l’association Tout du Ch’min. Un cricuit de 4km au départ de la salle multiculturelle de Péronne-en-Mélantois qui sera l’occasion d’échanger en marchant de ce sujet qui nous tient à cœur.
L’association Mon Bonnet Rose vous présentera ses actions telles que la confection de bonnets de chimio ou de porte-clés au bénéfice des malades du cancer.

Autopalpatie en borstkankerscreening: Leer de juiste stappen met een coördinerende verpleegster in de cancerologie!
1 op de 8 vrouwen krijgt tijdens hun leven te maken met borstkanker. Jezelf beschermen betekent ook dat je de juiste handelingen moet weten om het in een vroeg stadium te identificeren en in staat te zijn om te handelen.
In samenwerking met het lokale intercommunale gezondheidscontract van de Marque en Mélantois, biedt het Private Hospital of Villeneuve d'Ascq u een bewustzijn van autopalpatie gebaren in een professionele, zorgzame en toegewijde aan preventie.

Na een tijd van uitwisseling en theoretische uitleg, kunnen de deelnemers die de autopalpatie gebaren oefenen met behulp van een educatieve buste ontworpen om te leren.
13:45: Vertrek van de Health Walk georganiseerd door de vereniging Tout du CH'min.. Een 4km parcours vanaf de multiculturele hal van Péronne-en-Mélantois die een gelegenheid zal zijn om van gedachten te wisselen terwijl we over dit onderwerp wandelen dat ons na aan het hart ligt.
De vereniging Mon Bonnet Rose zal haar acties presenteren, zoals het maken van chemo caps of sleutelhangers ten behoeve van kankerpatiënten.
