The garden of simple was established from archaeological excavations(searches) which brought to light seeds and pits(cores) going back up(raising) for some of them in the VIIth century! This inventory was supplemented from the capitulary of villis published(edited) by Charlemagne. Since 2014, the kitchen garden enriches this panorama of the applied plants in cooking(kitchen) and former medicine a year ten hundred, which gastronomy rediscovers today.
