Jardin et parc du chateau de La Motte

Landscaped park of 5 hectares, including several remarkable trees, as well as a vegetable garden of 1 hectare. The facilities were traced in the late 18th century and during the 19th century by the Maubrassé family and in the 21st century by the current owners. According to an oral tradition, Marie-Antoinette is credited with planting tulip trees in Virginia. The castle, the park and the flowered vegetable garden are inscribed since 2021 on the list of Historical Monuments.
