For this 21st edition of the Rendez-vous aux jardins, whose theme is «the five senses in the garden», come and discover the three educational gardens of the Philadelphe Thomas Natural History Museum: the medicinal garden, the bioclimatic garden and the nourishing garden at the time of the market gardening districts of Hortalisse.

Created in the second half of the 19th century from the collections of Doctor Philadelphe THOMAS (1826-1912), it offers a classical presentation of zoology, botany, geology, paleontology and prehistory.
Biology and Physiology/ Zoology: Mammals, birds (700), eggs (+ 10,000 in total, original collection on display), nests, reptiles, fish, insects (+ 10,000 in total, 800 regional exhibits), molluscs (several thousand in total, a regional selection on display) Geology: Minerals, rocks (+ 10,000, a few hundred regional exhibits) and marble including Pyrenean Palaeontology: a hundred fossils exhibited in a wide regional selection (+ 20,000 in total) Prehistory: a showcase of prehistoric tools.
