The gardens of the Château de la Chezotte are historically linked to the high and massive silhouette of a 15th century fortified house. Located in the east, in the nineteenth century, the large landscaped park with high foliage is traversed by a network of romantic walks. It is crossed by the serpentine course of the Fenines, punctuated by culverts and small waterfalls. To the west and in front of the castle, a contemporary flowery flowerbed, furrowed with a cross alley of Saint-André, incorporates the scholarly drawing of a vegetal quadrilobe. The layout of this axialized garden designates the Grotto of Lourdes, protective and sacred factory. To the north and overlooking the moat entirely surrounding the keep, recent history is enriched by the flowery checkerboard of the "Pré haut" and the enclosure of the "Casita", miniature architecture of Colombian inspiration. Finally, to the south and beyond the dike, picturesque paintings landscape the edges of the old pond. Thus linked to a pas
