The City Hall is the former episcopal palace whose construction was launched by Bishop Begon in 1739\. Ruined by a fire in December 1939, the building has kept its façades in classical order. Around the central basin of the park, some begonias recall the link through history between Toul and these flowers. Don’t miss the 100-year-old gingko that watches over the park.
