If vegetarianism has a history as old as humanity, it is on British soil that it has flourished the most in recent centuries making the United Kingdom today one of the most vegetarian countries in the world. Small jewel of the heritage of the Department of Pas-de-Calais, the castle of Hardelot dominates the nature reserve of the swamp of Condette.
