The garden is located in the Kysuce village of Stará Bystrica which is also known for the first Slovak astronomical clock. So if you go and have a look at it, a short distance of about 200-300m away is my garden.

A rarity or curiosity that will excite everyone is the so-called stone eye of my garden. Almost every visitor to my garden took a picture of it, saying that they had never seen anything like it before, but the garden itself is interesting because it is on a hill and is divided by stone walls. There is also a stone bench and this year I am going to prepare a sunken stone fire pit for the Doors Open Days, that will be another interesting feature.

The history of my garden starts in 2008 when we started to beautify the surroundings of the house, as we used to farm before, so the transformation is something incredible now. Over time I started to expand the garden. In 2012, I started building another section and each year something is gradually added and expanded.
