According to a tradition of the Grésivaudan valley, when a boy was neglected by his beloved, the young people of the village came to plant a willow "weeping" in front of his house, this "ceremony" continued until the middle of the twentieth century, and some still remember it.
Two-part reading of this traditional Dauphinois tale accompanied by a baroque trio, music by: Boismortier, Rameau, Marin Marais, Telemann. With Françoise Compain: Flute, André Fournier: Viole de Gambe, Catherine Fournier: Harpsichord. Reading by Thérèse Aymoz and François Colomb.
