Following the paths of the park, discover many ponds, waterfalls and fountains, animated by water games that perpetuate the know-how of the Florentine fontainiers of the seventeenth century, which André le Nôtre was inspired to design the estate and its park.
Note that the large waterfall is in restoration, it will not be watered.

The property of Philippe d'Orléans, brother of Louis XIV, the national domain of Saint-Cloud lost its castle during the Franco-Prussian war of 1870, but retains a magnificent site of 460 hectares. It offers one of the best expressions of the art of classical gardens with its terraces, perspectives and green carpets, groves and green rooms, fountains and ponds. The lower park extends all along the Seine, below the terrace of the castle, from the bridge of Saint-Cloud to the bridge of Sèvres. One can admire the large waterfall, whose upper part is spread over nearly 90 meters in length, a learned composition of the seventeenth century, due to Antoine Le Pautre and later enlarged by Jules Hardouin-Mansart, and the large nearby stream that rises to more than 30 meters high.
