This seigniorial dwelling which is called here castle was built in the middle of the sixteenth century. It is of Renaissance period but what characterizes it is its still medieval aspect: its towers pierced with shooting embrasures and its pretèche give it its defensive aspect. Its large windows were opened in the 19th century to bring the light it lacked. Since 1982, the estate has been recomposing pleasure gardens. Today, it is surrounded by four separate garden spaces: - the Renaissance garden - the French garden - the Japanese garden - the English park.
