On the occasion of the event "Appuntamento in Giardino 2024" of the Associazione Parchi e Giardini d'Italia (APGI), we will meet in the garden of the Ecomuseum to explore the sensory richness of plants and learn to tune in to all five senses through the practice of drawing. The event is part of a program of recurring meetings called "drawing Love". In these meetings, the act of drawing becomes a true meditation, an intimate and articulate way to explore the living world that surrounds us. It is not necessary to be "artists" to participate; we welcome all those who wish to explore the world with sensitivity. It begins with a botanical study followed by outdoor drawing. Participation is free, but each participant is responsible for their own drawing materials (such as notebook, pens and pencils, gum bread, travel watercolors, etc.). By train: The nearest station is Palermo Centrale FS where you can find connections to Palermo Airport "Falcone e Borsellino" and the Bus Terminal. The central station is 1.6 km from the ecomuseum about 20 minutes on foot. By bus: The nearest stop is "Messina Marine - Fiume Oreto" made by lines 224 and 231\. By car: The ecomuseum has inside a space that can serve as a reserved parking space where necessary. Except special needs with great ease, you can find parking outside the headquarters, along Via Messina Marine.
