It is spring and the garden of the library takes colors. We invite you to discover the library garden and enrich its plantations with seedlings and seedlings to transplant. Gerland’s Hannah Arendt Library opened in March 2017\. A team of 11 people is here to welcome and accompany you.
It offers a collection of 28,000 books, CDs, DVDs, magazines and newspapers for children and adults, games and digital resources.
Board games for all ages and video game consoles are available to play on site. A selection available in the room is regularly renewed by the librarians, who can explain the rules. Entertainment games for children and adults are offered regularly.
The library is equipped with a digital space, tablets for children and adults, and computers in free access. You can also borrow Kobo eReaders, or a Victor stratus reader to read audiobooks. The team accompanies you in your use of digital tools, on a daily basis but also by offering workshops to start, discover resources or perfect your digital culture.
For those curious about nature, a green library offers books on botany, gardening but also on the environment and ecology. A seed library to exchange see
