Located in the new Creativity and Knowledge district, the Chalucet Media Library is built on an old hospital wasteland in the heart of the city. It opened in January 2020.
It is surrounded by the École Supérieure d'Art et de Design, the École Supérieure Internationale de Commerce Kedge Business School, the École de Design Camondo, a digital business incubator, administrative services and offices for the Departmental Council of the Var and by housing. Finally, it opens onto the Alexandre I garden, restored in its historical and botanical dimension.
