During the last visit to Plan-les-Ouates in 2023, Tiphanie Bovay-Klameth won audiences over with the biting humour of D’Autres.
Using the same proven approach, the Lausanne-based performer returns with Paix (Peace), in which she portrays a gallery of hilarious characters to paint a vivid picture of our society. This time, she tells the story of a local group striving to create a collective work while everything around them seems to be falling apart. Scenes from the creative process intertwine with moments from everyday life, as each person struggles to preserve a fragile peace, essential to keeping the community together. The result is a performance that is funny, moving and deeply human.
A graduate of La Manufacture, Tiphanie Bovay-Klameth has built a rich career on both stage and screen, collaborating with numerous artists and co-founding the collective GREMAUD/GURTNER/BOVAY, whose productions have left a strong mark on the French-speaking Swiss theatre scene. Founder of Cie TBK, as well as an actor, director and award-winning improviser, she continues to develop a distinctive artistic practice that blends devised theatre, stylized characters and incisive humour.

Avec la même mécanique qui a fait ses preuves, la comédienne lausannoise revient avec Paix, dans lequel elle incarne une galerie de personnages désopilants pour peindre un fragment de notre société. Cette fois, elle raconte les efforts d’un groupe local qui tente de créer une œuvre commune alors que tout vacille autour de lui. Des scènes du processus de création se mêlent aux instants du quotidien : chacun cherche à préserver une paix fragile, essentielle pour que le collectif tienne debout. La comédienne offre une fresque assurément drôle, touchante et profondément humaine.
Formée à La Manufacture, Tiphanie Bovay‑Klameth mène un parcours foisonnant au théâtre comme à l’écran, en collaborant avec de nombreux artistes et en cofondant le collectif GREMAUD/GURTNER/BOVAY, dont les créations marquent la scène romande. Fondatrice de la Cie TBK, comédienne, metteuse en scène et improvisatrice primée, elle poursuit un travail singulier mêlant écriture de plateau, personnages stylisés et humour incisif.
