Renart the fox, cunning and wily, draws the audience into his adventures, often to the detriment of his friend Isengrin the wolf. In The Romance of Renart, the animals mimic humans. In his Romance of Renart, Philippe Imbert mimes animals while retaining old French, thus plunging us into the heart of the Middle Ages. This show captures all the flavor of this collective work from the 12th and 13th centuries.

Renart le goupil, rusé et malin, entraîne les spectateurs dans ses aventures, souvent au détriment de son compère Isengrin le loup. Dans Le Roman de Renart les animaux miment les hommes. Dans son Roman de Renart, Philippe Imbert mime les animaux tout en conservant le vieux français, nous plongeant ainsi au cœur du Moyen-Âge. Ce spectacle capture toute la saveur de cette œuvre collective des XIIe et XIIIe siècles.
